It is long lasting, made of durable, non-yellowing, scratch and odor resistant ABS plastic. It has childproof locks to keep small children and pets out.

Ready to use. The first refill is already installed. The Dekor Plus may be used with the Dekor Plus biodegradable refill which breaks down faster than ordinary plastic.
